Please read this cookie policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how we use cookies on our website. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy which sets out how and why we collect, store, use and share personal information generally, as well as your rights in relation to your personal information and details of how to contact us and information about regulators if you have a complaint.

Who We Are

This website is operated by TD Williamson of 6120 S Yale Ave #1700, 74136, Tulsa, OK, United States, and its affiliates (which together we call TD Williamson).  For more information about us see here /company/who-we-are.

Our Website

This cookie policy only relates to your use of our website.  On our website we may link to other websites owned and operated by third parties to make additional products and services available to you. These other third-party websites may also use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own separate policies. For privacy information relating to these other third-party websites, please consult their policies as appropriate.

TD Williamson is a global operation and cookies data may be shared around the world including outside the UK and/or the European Economic Area (EEA).  When you visit or interact with our sites, services, applications, tools, or messaging, we or our authorized service providers may use cookies, tracking pixels (also called web beacons), or other technologies (which we collectively call “Tools”) for storing information to help provide you with a better, faster, and safer experience, and to help us (including for advertising purposes).

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file which is placed onto your device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet or other electronic device) when you use our website. We use cookies on our website. These help us recognize you and your device and store some information about your preferences or past actions. For example, we may monitor how many times you visit the website, which pages you go to, traffic data, location data and the originating domain name of your internet service provider. This information helps us to build a profile of our users, improve your visiting experience, administer the site, track users’ movements around the site, help advertisers enrich their profiles, helps manage cookies, helps us analyze trends and helps us improve site design. We also use cookies to remember you and to send you reminders – for example if you use TDW Access! to connect with us and to shop online.

The Tools used by our site may also store other data on your device.  For example we use YouTube and Wistia to show films on our website.  There’s more on YouTube in the section on Google Cookies below.  Wistia is operated by Wistia, Inc. of 120 Brookline Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139 USA.  You can read Wistia’s privacy policy here .  The technology on both of these film sites may enable them to work out which films you have watched, when you viewed them, how long you viewed them for and when you paused a film.  These platforms do this in part to help you resume watching a film where you left off.  They also share analytics data with us so that we can see which films are the most popular.

You can switch off most cookies at any time.  You will not be able to switch off strictly necessary cookies (explained below).  You can switch off most cookies by visiting our Privacy Preference Center (PPC) by clicking on “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of any page on our site or by using your browser or other Tools to do this. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site and will not be able to monitor its performance.

They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising; and
